Welcome to Knit and Natter at Mossley Hill Church

Looking for a place to unwind, share stories, and get creative with your knitting needles? Join our Knit and Natter group, where fellowship and creativity come together in a warm and welcoming environment.

About Knit and Natter

Whether you’re a seasoned knitter or just starting out, our Knit and Natter group is the perfect place to learn, laugh, and connect with others. We meet every Tuesday at 1.45-3.30pm, in the coffee bar of the church. Bring your projects and join us!

What to Expect

  • Friendly Faces: Our group is made up of a mix of ages and skill levels. We welcome everyone, whether you’re knitting your first scarf or your hundredth blanket.
  • Creative Projects: Work on your own knitting projects, or join us in creating items for local charities and community initiatives.  We have crocheted or knitted butterflies, crowns and angels which have been gifted to our community at Easter, Christmas and for the Coronation. This Christmas we are making Stars.

  • Tea, Coffee, and Chat: What’s knitting without a good chat? Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while catching up with friends old and new.
  • Support and Tips: Need help with a tricky pattern? Our experienced knitters are happy to offer tips and guidance.
