Discipleship

Following Jesus in everyday life

To be a disciple is to be a learner—someone who is continually being shaped by Jesus.

At Mossley Hill Church, we are committed to nurturing a rhythm of life that helps us grow spiritually: making time for prayer, engaging with Scripture, supporting one another, and serving our community.

We run courses every autumn and spring that are open to anyone interested in finding out more about who the person of Jesus is and the difference he can make in your life.

Join us for Alpha this September 2026

From Monday 21st September, 7.30–9.00pm, Mossley Hill Church will be running Alpha, a friendly and informal course exploring the basics of Christianity.

Through a series of engaging sessions, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and reflect on what faith might mean for you.

After this you might like to think about Confirmation – going public about your love for Jesus and taking on your baptism promises that your godparents and parents made for you for yourself.

If this is you, please contact Rev Sally Sally.mason@mossleyhillchurch.org.uk

Looking to deepen your relationship with Jesus?

For those of us who have been walking with Jesus for a while, it can sometimes be helpful to gather together to ask questions, pray and study in small groups.

Our current small groups meet:

Wednesday evening 7.30-9pm in church led by Charlie and Kacey Jones.

Thursday morning 10.30-11.30am in church led by Rev Sally.

Check the calendar for up-to-date session information and if you have any questions about any of these courses, Rev Sally would love to hear from you:  sally.mason@mossleyhillchurch.org.uk
