If you got married at Mossley Hill Church or any of your family did at any point in the last 150 years we would love to know. We plan to display as many photos as possible of those weddings across
the decades. We will copy any photos, return the original to you and display a copy.
We have so much history and heritage which we will display and there will be guided tours of the building throughout the exhibition dates.
Each day over lunch time during this time, there will be a short musical interlude. Come along and perhaps bring your sandwiches and we will provide a drink!
Share your Mossley Hill Wedding photos!
Mossley Hill Church celebrates its 150th Anniversary in 2025, and we are planning a special Exhibition in June.
As part of the celebrations, we would love to honour the family history connections that make Mossley Hill Church so special.
We are inviting you to share your treasured family wedding photographs taken at the church, both inside and out, along with details of who conducted the ceremony as well as the date.

Our anniversary Tree of Kindness
To start off our anniversary year we will have a Tree of Kindness in church from Sunday 26th Jan with the banner
“ SEE, LOVE, GROW”
Starting in January over the 150 days up to the launch of our Anniversary week celebrations we will be encouraging our church family to complete various acts of kindness and write what they have done on a paper leaf or heart and then pin them on the tree .
At the end of the 150 days we hope to be able share all that has happened.
There will be some suggestions by the tree to help people get going but we are sure you will have great ideas too!
