Community Carols and Tree lighting event
Following the success of last year’s event, we are delighted to invite you to this year’s Lighting of the Tree and carols at Mossley Hill Sports & Social Club
Special Highlights of the Evening:

We are honoured to welcome the Lord & Lady Mayoress, who will light the tree this year.

To mark the 100th Anniversary of Mossley Hill Athletics Club, there will be a special Time Capsule Ceremony in the function room.

A special guest (without his reindeer
) will be joining us to make the evening extra magical!
At 6:45pm, we’ll process outside to the rear car park for the Lighting of the Tree, so please dress warmly and bring a torch! 
After the tree lighting, you’re invited to:

A short Christmas Carol Service, led by our Rev Sally Mason, with festive readings as we celebrate the season as a community.

Visit the function room to mingle with friends and neighbours while enjoying mince pies, mulled wine, and the Club bar.
The evening will conclude with the Time Capsule Ceremony back in the main function room—a memorable way to honour our community’s history and future!
Please note: The barrier to the rear car park will be closed.
