It was an exciting day for us all here at Mossley Hill on Saturday 11th March as welcomed Rachel officially as our new Rector.
She was instituted by Bishop Bev and inducted and installed by the acting Archdeacon Miranda Threlfall-Holmes
It was a wonderful service attended by over 250 of our congregation, Rachel’s family and friends, clergy from the Liverpool South Deanery, representatives from our community, Liverpool Cathedral and the High Sheriff and Lord Leiutenant.
We enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea provided by our hospitality team and people were able to chat with Rachel and spend time together.
It was a very special day and we are delighted to have Rachel and her family with us now at Mossley Hill.
