The church will be open to visitors from 10.00am-4.00pm on Wednesday April 11th. Come and take the opportunity to spend time in this lovely church and learn of its history and heritage. Tea, coffee, cake and light lunches will be available.

Heritage tapestry cushions which have been made by the church Sewing Group are available for sale at the back of church @£20 per cushion. This is a great example of heritage going forward.All money raised to date has gone towards the Vision Project.

The Church of St Matthew and St James stands at the top of the hill in Rose Lane, Mossley Hill, Liverpool. It is an active Anglican parish church in the deanery of Liverpool South Childwall, the archdeaconry of Liverpool and the diocese of Liverpool. The church is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II* listed building.
